摘要 目的 评价3D打印技术在肾癌行肾脏部分切除术中的临床应用效果观察.方法 随机选取2016年2月至2016年6月本院的5例拟行肾脏部分切除术的患者及5名泌尿外科初级资质医师和5名泌尿科实习的本科生作为研究对象.所有患者行CT检查,用专业软件(Mimics15.0)将CT数据转化并建模形成经特殊染色的同比例3D打印肾脏模型.使用CT片和3D打印模型向患者、初级职称医师、学生分别交代病情和手术方案.研究对象于交代病情前后两次完成调查问卷中的相关问题并进行分数统计.结果 应用3D模型交代病情后患者组、初级资质医师组、实习学生组均对肾脏生理功能、肾脏解剖、手术方案的认知程度较CT交代病情有显著提高(P〈0.05).结论 采用3D打印技术打印肾脏模型进行术前宣教,有利于改善患者对手术的认知及术者术前确切规划、术中精准切除、术后确保疗效,有助于提高学生学习的兴趣和对肾脏部分切除术的认知. Objective To evaluate clinical effect observation of 3D printing in the kidney partial resection.Methods All research subjects were selected randomly from February 2016 to June 2016.They were 5 patients who underwent partial nephrectomy in our hospital and 5 primary qualification doctors and 5 urology practice undergraduates.All patients were examined by CT,and the CT data were converted and modeled by professional software (Mimics 15.0) to form the same proportional 3D print kidney model with special staining.CT and 3D print models were used for patients,primary qualification doctors,and practice undergraduates to account for their conditions and surgical procedures respectively.The subjects completed the questionnaire two times before and after the presentation of the disease,and we carried out the score statistics.Results After learning the 3D renal model,the cognition level of renal physiological function,renal anatomy and surgical plans was significantly improved compared with that in the CT group.Conclusions Using 3D printing technology to print kidney models for preoperative education is helpful to improve patients' cognition of operation,preoperative planning,precise resection and postoperative curative effect,which is helpful for improving students' interest in learning and cognition of partial nephrectomy.
