摘要
本文阐述了医患沟通的重要意义,分析影响医患沟通的外在因素和内在因素,提出了更新理念,强化意识,掌握沟通技巧,化解矛盾,依法守德等,加强医患沟通减少医疗纠纷的主要措施。
The Significance of doctor-patient communication was discussed in the article.And the external and internal factors were analyzed.The author thought the main measures to strengthen doctor-patient communication included renewing ideas,reinforcing awareness,grasping communication skill,resolving conflicts and accordance with the law and ethics,so as to reduce medical dispute.
