摘要
游戏化思维培训作为一种卓有成效的培训模式,在各大企业中已经成为了一种趋势。本文首先对游戏化思维培训做了简述;接着从互联网企业的角度对游戏化思维培训模式的设计机制进行了分析;最后提出了互联网企业游戏化思维培训模式的具体应用方式。
As a successful training model,gamification thinking training has become a trend in the major en-terprises.This paper first gives a brief introduction to the training of gamification thinking;then analyzes the design mechanism of gamification thinking training mode from the perspective of Internet enterprises;and finally puts forward the specific application mode of Internet enterprise gamification thinking training mode.
