摘要
作为一项方兴未艾的商业实践,游戏化(gamification)在工作设计与员工激励领域显示出巨大的应用潜力。然而,有效的工作游戏化离不开对人类心理行为规律的准确把握,关于工作游戏化的学术研究是业界应用的基础。本文目的在于从学术研究的角度回答以下三个问题:"工作游戏化是什么?"、"工作游戏化有效吗?",以及"工作游戏化为何/如何发挥作用?"。为此,本文在文献回顾的基础上,针对工作游戏化界定了主要概念,总结了结果变量的实证研究,并梳理了主要的理论模型。基于以上分析,本文进一步讨论了工作游戏化的未来研究方向。
As a rapidly developing business practicing, gamification has shown its great potential in the field of work design and employee motivating. However, it ' s not easy to apply gamification effectively at workplace without a clear understanding of related disciplines of human psychology and behavior, which is based on scientific researches on work gamification. In the current article, we aim to answer the following three questions by reviewing existing literature, namely, "what is work gamification?", "does it work?" , and "why/how does it work?" . Therefore, we frst clarified the definition of work gamification. Then we summarized the consequences of work gamification in empirical researches. At last, we described existing theoretical explanations of work gamification mechanisms.
