摘要
反恐是警察执法工作的重要内容。近年来,暴恐袭击多发,我国警察反恐执法有待改进。西方发达国家在警察反恐执法上做了较为体系化的改进,但也存在不足。通过研究他国警察反恐执法的有益经验及不足,根据我国警察反恐的实际需要,逐步改进我国的警察反恐执法。暴恐袭击在世界范围内频发,比较与借鉴他国警察反恐执法,有助于我国警察反恐执法的完善及国家间警察反恐执法协作的开展。
Anti-terrorism enforcement is an important content of police law enforcement. In recent years, violent terrorist attacks have happened frequently in China and the anti-terrorism enforcement needs to be improved. The western developed countries have made systematic improvement in police anti-terrorism enforcement, yet there are still some deficiencies. By studying the useful experience and inadequacy of the foreign countries, police anti-terrorism enforcement needs to improve gradually according to the actual needs in China. Violent terrorist attacks happen frequently around the world. Comparing and using the experience of anti-terrorism enforcement in other countries for reference is helpful for the improvement of anti-terrorism enforcement and the cooperation between national police anti-terrorism enforcements.
