摘要
可持续发展是人类经济社会发展和自然界自然演化同步推进的一条理想路径,为了更好地促进可持续发展战略的实施,需要定量的测算模型为决策提供参考。文章选取藏东南生态旅游区为研究区域,基于能值生态足迹模型,对藏东南生态旅游区2004-2016年间的发展状态进行定量测评。研究显示:(1)藏东南生态旅游区的人均生态足迹逐年增加,由2004年的31.48hm2/cap增加至2016年的44.71 hm2/cap,年增长率为2.97%;(2)2004-2016年,藏东南生态旅游区人均生态盈余呈现逐年递减的趋势,由2004年的49.11hm2/cap减少至2016年的39.88hm2/cap,年递减率为1.75%;(3)2004-2016年期间区域人均生态承载力几乎变化不大。
Sustainable development is an ideal path of human economic and social development and natural evolu-tion of nature. In order to promote the implementation of sustainable development strategy, a quantitative evalua-tion model is needed to provide reference for decision-makers. Taking the eco-tourism area of southeastern Ti-bet as the research area, based on the Ecological Footprint Model of Energy Value, a quantitative evaluation hasbeen done on the development state of the eco-tourism area in the southeastern Tibet in 2004-2016. The resultshows: 1. The average ecological footprint of the eco-tourism area in the southeastern Tibet increased by yearsfrom 31.48 hm2/cap in 2004 to 44.71 hm2/cap in 2016, the annual growth rate was 2.97%; 2. In 2004-2016, theaverage ecological surplus of the area decreased by years from 49.11 hm2/cap in 2004 to 39.88 hm2/cap in 2016,the annual decline rate was 1.75%; 3. The average ecological capacity of the area changed little during 2004-2016.
