摘要
苯并咪唑类化合物不仅是重要的有机中间体,更具有广泛的生物活性。苯并咪唑类化合物的化学合成主要可分为2大类,分别以邻苯二胺和邻硝基苯胺为起始物质。本文对近年来发展的苯并咪唑类化合物的化学合成方法作一综述。
Benzimidazoles not only are a type of important intermediate in organic synthesis, but also possess broad biological activities. The current methods for the synthesis of benzimizoles mainly include two kinds, whose starting materials are 1,2-phenylenediamine and 2-nitroaniline,respectively.In this paper, the research progress in the synthesis of benzimidazoles was reviewed.
