摘要
为了考察凹凸棒土对不同重金属元素在蚯蚓处理污泥中的迁移转化规律,分析其在蚯蚓处理城市污水污泥过程中对重金属的钝化作用。通过实验,在污泥中加入不同比例的凹凸棒土,考察Zn、Pb、Cu、Cr四种重金属经过蚯蚓处理后,蚯蚓、蚯蚓粪以及在蚯蚓粪上种植的小白菜中重金属含量变化规律。结果表明:凹凸棒土对于Zn由污泥向蚯蚓粪中的转化具有较强的钝化作用。凹凸棒土与污泥配比为1∶20时,Cu由污泥向蚯蚓中的转移率最低,达到32.56%,Zn、Cr、Pb的转移率无明显变化规律;凹凸棒土对Cu的从污泥向小白菜中的迁移过程中钝化作用最强,Cu的迁移率由未添加凹凸棒土的25.31%下降到配比为1∶10时的3.89%左右,且凹凸棒土配比大于1:30后趋于平衡,而Zn、Cr、Pb的转移率无明显变化规律。
In order to investigate the migration and transformation of different heavy metals in earthworm treated sludge by attapulgite, the passivation effect of attapulgite on heavy metals in the treatment of municipal sewage sludge by earthworm was analyzed. Different proportions of attapulgite were added to the sludge, and the sludge containing four heavy metals of Zn,Pb,Cu and Cr were treated by earthworms, the changes of heavy metal contents in earthworms,earthworm dung and cabbage grown on earthworm dung were investigated. The results showed that:attapulgite had a strong passivation effect on the transformation of Zn from sludge to earthworm dung.When the ratio of attapulgite and sludge was 1:20,the transferring rate of Cu from sludge to earthworm was the lowest, reached 32.56%, and there was no obvious change rule of the transferring rates of Zn,Cr,and Pb.The passivation effect of attapulgite to transferring Cu from sludge to cabbage decreased from 25.31% without attapulgite to about 3.89% at 1:10.The transferring rate tended to be balance when the ratio of attapulgite and sludge was more than 1:30,but the transferring rates of Zn,Pb and Cr had no obvious change rule.
