摘要
污泥因含水率高,单独焚烧需要消耗大量的常规能源,导致运行成本较高。利用污水处理厂附近的电厂、水泥厂、垃圾焚烧厂等现有的燃烧设备和技术就近焚烧处理污泥,不仅可节省大量的湿污泥运输费用,而且投资少、运行成本低、见效快,在经济效益和环境保护上均具有显著的优点。为此,本文对燃煤电厂污泥混烧工艺、水泥厂回转窑污泥混烧工艺、垃圾焚烧厂污泥混烧工艺、进行了阐述,并对各种混烧工艺的优缺点进行了比较,以期为污泥焚烧工艺的合适选用提供指导。
Because of its high moisture content, single sludge incineration should consume large amounts of conventional energy, leads to the high cost of operation. Use the existing combustion equipment and technology of power plants, cement plants, incinerate plants and etc. nearby the sewage treatment plant to incinerate sludge, not only can save a lot of wet sludge, but also less investment, low running cost, quick effect, on the economic and environmental protection has significant advantages. For this reason, in this paper, the coal sludge mixed burning technology, cement rotary kiln incinerator sludge mixed burning process, incinerators sludge mixed burning process were expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages of various mixed burning process were compared. All these should provide guidance for choosing of sludge incineration process.
