摘要
肢体缺血后处理是一种可以通过激活内源性神经保护机制新的治疗手段,可以减轻大脑缺血再灌注损伤,明显改善脑组织缺血,缩小脑组织坏死面积,具有较强的脑神经保护作用。对肢体缺血后处理的作用机制进行深入研究,可为脑血管疾病治疗提供新的方法。笔者就近年来关于肢体缺血后处理脑保护作用的研究进展进行综述。
In recent years,the study found that limb ischemic postconditioning is a new treatment that can activate endogenous neuroprotective mechanisms, it can reduce cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,significantly improve the ischemic brain tissue, reduce brain necrosis area. In-depth study on the mechanism of limb ischemic postconditioning may provide a new way for the treatment of cerebrovascular disease. This review summarizes the recent advances in the mechanisms of brain protection after limb ischemic postconditioning.
