摘要
目的探讨前臂超肘关节长臂石膏托治疗桡骨远端骨折对桡骨远端骨折术后再移位的影响。方法2008年1月至2016年6月将随访的84例桡骨远端骨折患者，手法复位后。超肘关节长臂石膏托外固定，观察骨折位置固定效果、并发症、功能恢复情况、骨折愈合后对位情况为疗效判定标准评定疗效。结果按Gartl-werley腕关节评分标准：优25例，良44例，可13例，差2例，优良率82．1％。结论改良超肘长臂石膏托更有效地保证固定稳定，促进骨折愈合和功能恢复，减少并发症，不明显影响肘关节功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of super elbow joint Plaster external fixation in the treannent of closed reduction and retranslocation of distal radius fi＇acture. Methods A total of 84 patients with distal radius fractures were followed up fi＇omJanuary 2008 to June 2016. After closed reduction ,and plaster external fixation, the fixed effect of fracture position, the recovery of complications, the heating of fractures, and the evaluation of the effect were observed. Results According to the Gard-werley wrist joint function score standard, 25 cases were excellent, 44 cases were good, 13 cases were ordinary, and 2 cases were poor. The excellent and good rate was 82.1%. Conclusion The extra elbow joint plaster care is more effective to ensure stable stability, promotes fracture healing and functional recovery, reduc~ complications and do not affect the function of the elbow joint.
