摘要 异种移植,是指将一个物种的细胞、组织及器官移植到另一个物种体内。据不完全统计,我国每年约有150万人需进行器官移植,但每年的器官捐献者仅约1万人,能得到移植治疗的人数远远低于需要治疗的人数。这已经成为亟待解决的社会问题。猪与人的器官大小、生理构造相近,生产周期较短,是目前异种器官移植的最理想供体。
