摘要
计算英国规范BS 5950-1中的H型钢柱表中截面的形状系数,其范围在31.25~303.95 m^(-1)之间,通过有限元软件ABAQUS 6.12分别对形状系数为40.75 m^(-1)和303.95 m^(-1)的截面进行ISO 834标准升温曲线下的温度场模拟,将结果与欧洲规范EC 3无保护层构件的升温计算式进行比较,验证EC 3计算式的适用性并对形状系数、综合辐射系数、对流换热系数、钢材比热容、导热系数对构件升温的影响进行分析探讨。通过对这些影响因素的分析,对高温下钢柱的升温模拟提供一定的建议。
The shape factors of H-shaped steel columns of BS5950-1 were calculated and it varied from 31. 25 to 303. 95 m-1. Simulating the heating process of two sections(section factor is 40. 75 m-1 and 303. 95 m-1,respectively) under ISO 834 curve by FEA program ABAQUS 6. 12 and the results were in comparison with the computing EC 3's formula for uninsalated protection steel under fire to verify the applicability of EC 3. The effects of shape factors,thermal radiation factor,convective heat transfer coefficient,specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity for steel column on heating curve in fire were studied. Through the analysis of these influencing factors,it could provide a certain suggestions for the heating simulation of steel columns under high temperatures.
