摘要
针对建筑钢结构中小截面焊接H型钢柱焊后弯曲、扭曲变形量大等问题,通过分析找出了焊接变形的原因、影响因素、控制焊接变形以及提高生产效率的有效措施。经过验证,使用埋弧焊、胎具刚性固定法可以有效控制焊接变形,保证焊接质量及生产效率。
mTargeted at the problems such as the high degree of bending or twisting after the small-sectional welding of the H-shaped steel column in the construction steel structure,this study found out the reasons and the influencing factors of the welding distortion by analysis and put forward effective measures to control welding distortion as well as to improve production efficiency.It was proved that by adopting submerged-arc welding or method of rigidity immobility with mould can effectively control the welding distortion and ensure the welding quality as well as the production efficiency.
