摘要
在对Bob Adamson教授的半结构式访谈中,Bob Adamson教授就如何提高外语学科博士学位论文写作素质以及建设世界一流大学和学科提出了深刻见解。访谈讨论的内容包括选择论文题目、梳理文献、提出研究问题、收集数据、分析数据、组织写作过程、设计研究方法、管理博士生、使用计算机软件等一系列问题。Adamson教授的宝贵建议可为我国的学术改革提供更多思考和启发。
In this semi-structured interview,Prof. Bob Adamson contributes his insightful opinions on how to improve doctoral dissertation writing quality in the area of foreign language discipline in response to a current Chinese Mainland project regarding Building World-Class Universities and Disciplines. The discussion covers a range of issues,including selecting dissertation topics,reviewing literature,raising research questions,collecting data,analyzing data,organizing the writing process,designing transparent and philosophical research approach,supervising doctoral students and using adequate computer software. It is obvious that Prof. Adamson＇s invaluable advice can provide us with much food for thought on our academic reform journey.
