摘要
目的探讨遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病的手术治疗效果。方法遗传性牙龈纤维瘤患者2例,于基础牙周治疗后行改良增生牙龈切除术,术中应用适合型号的刮治器沿牙根面刮除牙结石、肉芽组织,以及部分牙骨质及牙周膜纤维组织,磨除部分牙槽骨、修整牙槽骨边缘,修剪创面边缘及不平整的牙龈表面,清洗后牙龈对位"8"字缝合,随访观察手术治疗效果。结果 2例手术均顺利,术后创面愈合良好;术后1个月复查,牙龈外形良好,咀嚼、口唇闭合恢复正常,发音较术前清晰;随访2a,牙龈组织未见异常性增生。结论遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病患者行手术治疗效果满意。
Objective To explore the surgical outcome of hereditary gingival fibromatosis.Methods Two cases of hereditary gingival fibroma underwent modified gingival resection.A suitable curettage instrument was adopted in operation to scrape the calculus dentalis,granulation tissue,partial infected cementum and periodontal membrane fibers,strip partial alveolar bone and its edge,trim the edge of wound surface and uneven gingival surface,and perform the figure-of-eight suture of gingival position after cleaning.The surgical outcome was observed and followed up.Results The operation was performed successfully in both two patients,with fine healing of wound surface.One month after operation,gingival contour was fine,the masticatory function and the open and close of oral lips returned to normal,and lamprophony improved.There was no abnormal hyperplasia in the gingival tissue in 2-year follow-up.Conclusion The surgical outcome is satisfactory in patients with hereditary gingival fibromatosis.
