提高中薄板超低碳钢钢液可浇性生产工艺研究

Study on the production process for improving castability of middle-thin slab ultra-low steel

摘要 分析某厂中薄板超低碳钢DC04生产工艺表明:Al_2O_3生成质量越大浇铸过程中塞棒杆位涨杆越明显,单支浸入式水口浇铸时间随Al_2O_3平均生成质量的增加而降低,当Al_2O_3平均生成质量超过6kg/t时,浇铸时间低于50min;当Al_2O_3平均生成质量低于3kg/t时,浇铸时间大于200min。提高钢液可浇性的工艺措施为:转炉终点温度大于1 710℃,并控制出钢碳质量分数0.03%~0.05%;控制出钢过程温降,RH到站温度大于1 630℃;控制RH吹氧量小于0.8m3/t。 The production process of ultra-low carbon steel DC04 in a factory was analyzed. The results indicated that the stopper rose up obviously during the casting process with the increase of the mass of A1203 generated (Mi^0). With the increasing Mi^0, the casting time of single submerged entry nozzle (SEN) tended to be shorter. When Mi^0 was larger than 6.0 kg/t, casting time was lower than 55 min. When Mi^0 was smaller than 3 kg/t,casting time was more than 200 rain. The key control for improving castability of DC04 steel was summarized as follows. The end temperature of convertor should be larger than 1 710 ℃ and the steel carbon should be controlled in the range of 0.03 % - 0.05 %. Temperature drop during tapping should be controlled and the steel temperature at RH station should be higher than 1 630 ℃. Oxygen flow rate during RH refining process should be smaller than 0.8 m3/t.
