摘要
本文建立了离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中溴酸盐和氯酸盐的方法,利用On Guard-Ag柱过滤去除水中Cl^-,避免了高浓度Cl^-对痕量溴酸盐的测定干扰。在0.00~20.0mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内溴酸盐和氯酸盐的质量浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其回收率在91.0%~104.7%间,相对标准偏差均小于3%,方法检出限低于生活饮用水卫生标准规定的限值要求。本方法操作简便快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高,适用于生活饮用水中溴酸盐和氯酸盐的测定。
This paper established the ion chromatography determination of bromate and perchlorate in drinking water, the method of using On Guard-Ag column filter to remove chloride ion in water, to avoid the high concentration of chloride ions to interfere with the determination of trace bromate. In 0.00~20.0mg· L^-1 concentration within the scope of the quality of bromate and perchlorate concentration had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area, its recovery is between 91.0%~104.7%, relative standard deviation less than 3%, method detection limit is lower than domestic and drinking water hygiene standards prescribed limit. This method is simple and fast, with good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, and is applicable to the determination of bromate and chlorate in drinking water.
