高频彩超观察天楼解毒消肿散治疗大鼠糖尿病足的疗效 被引量:3

Observation of the effect of Tianlou Jiedu Xiaozhong Powder in the treatment of diabetic foot in rats by high frequencycolor doppler ultrasound

摘要 目的:应用高频彩超探讨天楼解毒消肿散治疗大鼠糖尿病足的有效性。方法:SPF级SD大鼠60只随机选取15只大鼠作为正常组,正常饲料饲养,其余大鼠采用高脂饲料饲养加链脲佐菌素液腹腔注射制成糖尿病大鼠模型,用烫伤法制备糖尿病足大鼠模型,将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组、治疗组和对照组,正常组不予任何处理,模型组每天常规清理患肢溃疡部位,治疗组予以天楼解毒消肿散适量直接涂抹于溃疡处,对照组予以如意金黄散适量涂抹于患处或用凡士林调和后摊于纱布上贴患处。每日1次,治疗2周后应用高频彩超观察大鼠足背动脉血管内径及血流动力学改变情况。结果:与正常组比较,模型组足背动脉管径明显变细(P<0.05),足背动脉收缩期峰值流速(Vp)、舒张期血流速度(Vd)、平均血流速度(Vm)均减慢(P<0.05),阻力指数(RI)升高,搏动指数(PI)降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,治疗组及对照组Vp、Vd、Vm流速增快,RI降低,PI升高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天楼解毒消肿散对糖尿病足有一定疗效,应用高频彩超可观察疗效。 Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of Tianlou Jiedu Xiaozhong Powder in the treatment of diabetic foot by high frequency color dopplerultrasound. Methods: Sixty SPF SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, treatment group and control group. Except the normal group rats with normal feeding, the others with high-fat diet and streptozotocin intraperitoneal injection were made to establish diabetic rat model. At the same time, the rats were applied with scald method to make diabetic foot rat model. After the success of the models, the normal group was applied without any treatment, the model group were received routinely limb ulcer area cleaning every day, the treatment group were directly applied with Tianlou Jiedu Xiaozhong Powder to the ulcer area, and the control group were treated with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder to the ulcer area moderately or with Vaseline mixed on the gauzeto the area. After the treatment of once a day and two weeks, applying high frequency color doppler ultrasound to observe the dorsalis pedis artery vessel diameter and hemodynamic changes of rats. Results: Compared with the normal group, the dorsalis pedis artery vessel diameter of model group was significantly thinner(P〈0.05), and the dorsalis pedis artery doppler waveform of model group appeared double wave or three-phase wave. In addition, peak systolic velocity(Vp), diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd), mean flow velocity(Vm) all decreased(P〈0.05). Resistance index(RI) increased, and pulsatility index(PI) decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); and compared with the model group, Vp, Vd, Vm of the treatment group and the control group increased, RI decreased and PI increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the effect of the treatment group was significant.
