摘要
目的了解高州市基层医务人员相关传染病知识知晓情况及培训需求,根据实际需要,为进一步提高医务人员传染病诊断报告知识提供制定策略的依据。方法 2017年11~12月随机抽取高州市基层医疗机构医务人员,采用自填调查问卷式调查。结果调查332人,问卷有效率为99.10%(329/332)。对法定报告传染病种数知晓率为68.09%,对法定传染病报告时限知晓率为81.16%,对霍乱知晓率较高,为99.30%,对细菌性腹泻知晓率极低,只有4.92%。培训需求情况:传染病知识来源于"工作后接受的传染病专科培训"的人数最多,占64.13%;希望接受"单位内组织的传染病知识培训"的人数最多,占67.17%。结论高州市基层医务人员对法定报告传染病知识知晓率普遍较低。
Objective To understand the awareness of knowledge on infectious diseases among the professionals at primary health care organizations and their demands for training in Gaozhou city,so as to provide the basis for making strategies for improving their knowledge. Methods During November-December 2017,the medical staff of the local medical institutions were randomly selected,and the self-filling questionnaire was used. Results A total of 332 questionnaires were issued and 329 valid questionnaires were collected.The awareness rate on ＂ The number of notifiable infectious diseases＂ was 68.09%,The awareness rate on ＂ The reported time limit for notifiable infectious diseases＂ was 81.16%.The awareness rate on cholera was higher,accounting for 99.30%.The awareness rate on bacterial diarrhea was extremely low,accounting for only 4.92%.The knowledge of infectious diseases was the highest in the ＂post-work infectious diseases specialist training＂,accounting for 64.13%;And those who hope to accept ＂the infectious disease knowledge training organized by the work unit＂ were the most,accounting for 67.17%. Conclusion The awareness rate on the knowledge of notifiable infectious diseases is generally low among the grassroots medical staff in Gaozhou city.
