摘要
计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国生物医学文献、知网、万方、维普7个数据库,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,提取资料及质量评价,并对文献进行定性分析。共纳入27篇文献。结果显示,医务人员在传染病防控培训方式、内容、时间、教材方面的需求存在差异,今后应从分层培训、复合型人才的培养、虚拟技术在传染病教学的融入等方面完善培训方案的构建。
Computer retrieval were conducted on 7 databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP.Literature was selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,and data was extracted and quality evaluation was conducted.Qualitative analysis of the literature was also conducted.A total of 27 articles were included.The results show that there are differences in the needs of medical workers in terms of training style,content,time,and textbooks for infectious disease prevention and control.In the future,the construction of training plans should be improved from aspects including hierarchical training,the cultivation of composite personnel and the integration of virtual technology in infectious disease teaching.
