摘要
目的研究分析百令胶囊对Graves疾病患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月接收的Graves患者共60例,平均分为2组,对照组患者使用甲巯咪唑进行治疗,观察组则给予百令胶囊联合甲巯咪唑治疗,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗前2组患者的FT3、FT4与TSH的甲状腺激素指标情况比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的FT3、FT4与TSH指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者TRAb、TPOAb的甲状腺免疫学指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组TRAb与TPOAb指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上使用百令胶囊对Graves患者的临床治疗效果更加明显,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Corbrin capsule in the treatment of patients with Graves disease. M ethods In our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016, a total of 60 Graves patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with methimazole treatment, and the observation group was treated with Corbrin capsule combined with methimazole treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results Before treatment, the serum thyroid hormone in the patients of the two groups of FT3, FT4 and TSH had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment, FT3, FT4 and TSH index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Before treatment, TRAb TPOAb thyroid immunology index between the two groups had no significant difference（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, TRAb and TPOAb index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Corbrin capsule in the treatment of Graves patients is more obvious, and it is worth popularizing.
