摘要
[目的]观察海藻玉壶汤治疗结节性甲状腺肿(痰结血瘀)疗效。[方法]对30例门诊患者使用海藻玉壶汤(连翘、川芎各10g,浙贝母、海藻、莪术、昆布、玄参、青皮各15g,牡蛎25g,当归、半夏^(姜)各10g,陈皮各5g),前3个疗程,水煎200m L,2次/d;后3个疗程,做成水蜜丸,2次/d,温水送服。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、甲状腺结节直径、甲状腺结节横截面积、FT3、FT4、TSH、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程(6个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗后甲状腺结节直径、甲状腺结节横截面积均低于治疗前(P<0.01)。FT4、FT3、TSH治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]海藻玉壶汤治疗结节性甲状腺肿(痰结血瘀),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Haizao Yuhu decoction on nodular goiter （Tanjie Xueyu）. [Methods] 30 outpatients with Haizao Yuhu decoction （Lianqiao, Chuanxiong each 10g, Zhebeimu, Haizao, Ezhu, Kunbu,Xuanshen, Qingpi each 15g, Muli 25g, Danggui, Jiangbanxia each 10g, Chenpi 5g）, the first 3 courses, water decocted 200mL, 2 times/d; after 3 courses, make water honey pills, 2 times/d, warm water delivery. Continuous treatment for 1 months was the 1 course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, thyroid nodule diameter, thyroid nodule cross-sectional area, FT3, FT4, TSH and adverse reactions were observed. Continuous treatment for 6 courses （6 months）, to determine the effect. [Results] The diameter of thyroid nodules and the cross sectional area of thyroid nodules after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.01）. There was no significant change in FT4, FT3 and TSH before and after treatment （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The treatment of nodular goiter （Tanjie Xueyu） with sHaizao Yuhu decoction is satisfactory, and there is no serious adverse reaction. It is worth promoting.
