摘要 本文基于教师专业发展角度,阐述了构建英语教师职前职后教育一体化培养模式的必要性。从创新英语专业课程、重点培养师范学生实践技能,依据终身教育思想引导、创新英语教师职后培养机制两个维度,深入探索并构建了中学英语教师职前职后教育一体化培养模式,以期能够切实提高英语教师的专业能力及素养,推动中学英语教育教学事业的深度发展。 Based on the perspective of professional development of teachers,this paper expounds the necessity of constructing an integrated training model for pre-service post-vocational education of English teachers. From innovative English major courses,we can focus on cultivating practice skills for normal college students,guid and innovate the English teacher's post-employment training mechanism in two dimensions. We have explored and built an integrated training model for English pre-service post-secondary education for middle school English teachers. It can effectively improve the professional competence and quality of English teachers,and promote the in-depth development of English education and teaching in middle school.
