摘要
日本学前教育师资队伍的培养有着一套较为完整的制度培养体系,严格的教师准入制度和在职培训规定。加强学前教育法律法规建设,为学前教育师资队伍培养提供制度保障;改革学前教育师资队伍培养制度,着力提升学前教育师资队伍水平,乃是我国当前学前教育师资队伍培养的重要任务。
The cultivation of preschool teachers in Japan has a set of relatively complete system,that is,strict access system for pre-school teachers and in-the-service job training regulations.Strengthening the construction of laws and regulations on pre-school education provides system guarantee for the training of pre-school education teachers.Reforming the training system for pre-school education faculty and focusing on improving the level of pre-school education faculty are important tasks for the training of pre-school education faculty in China.
