摘要
为探讨辨证应用耳穴压豆对生物反馈疗法治疗盆底痉挛综合征的影响,将50例盆底痉挛综合征患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例。对照组采用生物反馈疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,根据辨证取穴予以耳穴压豆。对比2组患者总体疗效,以及治疗前后临床主要症状积分、肛门直肠测压和排粪造影检查结果。结果显示,治疗组总有效率(92.0%,23/25)明显高于对照组(80.0%,20/25),P<0.05。2组治疗后排便不尽感、排便困难、肛门疼痛、直肠潴留评分,以及肛管静息压、直肠静息压、肛管最大收缩压、直肠感觉阈值、初始便意感容量、最大耐受容量均明显降低,排便时间明显缩短,P<0.05;且2组治疗后各指标比较,治疗组均优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组排粪造影检查情况优于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,辨证应用耳穴压豆可提高生物反馈疗法治疗盆底痉挛综合征的疗效。
This study was to explore the influence of using ear acupressure in differentiated syndrome on biofeedback therapy in the treatment of spastic pelvic floor syndrome, 50 cases with spastic pelvic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases for each. The control group was treated with biofeedback therapy,and the treatment group was treated with differentiation acupoints of ear aeupressure on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The overall efficacy, scores of clinical main symptom before and after treatment,anorectal manometry and the results of defecography of the two groups were compared.As results,the total effective rate in the treatment group （92.0%,23/25） was significantly higher than that in the control group （80.0%,20/25）, P〈0.05.The score on defecation unfin ished feeling,difficult defecation, anal pain and rectal retention, anal resting pressure, rectal resting pressure,anal maximum systolic pressure, rectal sensation threshold, initial capacity of desire to defecation, maximum tolerated capacity all significantly decreased.And the defecation time was significantly shortened （ P〈0.05）.In all the indexes after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group, P〈0.05. In defecograph examination status, the treatment group was better than the control group （ P〈0.05）.The results show that the applicaiton in differentiated syndrome of ear acupressure can improve the efficacy of biofeedback therapy in the treatment of spastic pelvic floor syndrome.
