摘要
本文分析了材料专业生产实习中存在的问题和现状,提出对实习模式和教学手段实行改革,激发学生热情,提高实习质量。充分发挥指导老师的桥梁作用,凭借良好的校企合作关系,促进学生就业。
The problems and current situation in the production practice of materials＇ specialty were analyzed in this paper. The reform of practice mode and teaching means was put forward to stimulate students＇ enthusiasm and improve the quality of practice. Based on the good cooperation between school and enterprises,Instructors fully played the role of the bridge to promote the employment of students.
