高职食品类教学团队适应现代学徒制改革的对策 被引量:2

摘要 本文从现代学徒制在我国开展的现状入手,结合食品行业的生产特点和技术需求,对高职食品类院校现代学徒制试点现状进行了分析,梳理出食品行业开展现代学徒制培养的难点,在食品行业推进现代学徒制是提升食品从业人员的职业技能,提升食品质量和安全品质的必然要求。结合我校探索实践现代学徒制的结果,明确在食品行业推进现代学徒制的关键点是建立高素质的专兼结合教学团队;通过优化校企合作师资培养培训平台,提升专任教师的动手能力和兼职教师的教学技能,是保障食品类专业现代学徒制教学质量的关键;同时根据现代学徒制实施需求对高职食品类教学团队的构建提出可行性建议。 This paper analyzed the status of modern apprenticeship pilot food specialty in higher vocational colleges,based on the production characteristics and technical requirements of the food industry. We sorted out modern apprenticeship training difficulties to carry out the food industry;promoted the key point is to establish a modern apprenticeship with professional and high-quality teaching team;by optimizing the cooperation of faculty training platform,to enhance the ability of full-time teachers and part-time teachers' teaching skills is the key to guarantee the teaching quality of food professional modern apprenticeship class. According to the demand of the construction of modern apprenticeship,we made some feasible suggestions of optimization about vocational food teaching team.
