摘要 本文基于国际视角,以美国、德国、英国和日本四国为例,分别从教师资格证书种类与取得条件、考试的形式与内容、组织与管理三个维度进行了比较与分析,从中吸取成功经验。最终在教师资格证书分类、教师资格考试、认定与培养的一体化和教师资格证考试的规范性与严谨性这三个方面得到有益启示和优化建议。 In order to promote the development of the regime of teachers' certification in our country better,the paper is based on the sight of international education,taking America,German,U.K.and Japan as examples,to compare and analyze —the description and qualification of certification,the form and content of examination also the organization and management.Through these three aspects above,successful experience can be get.We can also gain useful inspirations and optimized suggestions about the classification of teachers' certification,the unity of examinations,identity and cultivation,the standard and preciseness of the examination.
