摘要
目的建立简单有效的高效液相色谱法测定复方益肝灵胶囊中水飞蓟宾。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18) 20D号柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%乙酸(48∶52);流速为1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长为288nm。结果该方法中水飞蓟宾和其他成分分离度满足要求;水飞蓟宾在0.0166~2.074μg范围内线性良好,得到回归方程:Y=2371.4X+2.2802,r>0.9999。结论本文建立测定复方益肝灵胶囊中的水飞蓟宾含量的样品处理方法有效,HPLC法流动相组成简单,分离度好,快速准确,可为质量标准的修订提供依据。
OBJECTIVE A simple and effective HPLC method for the determination of silybin in compound YiGanLing capsule was established. METHODS The column is Diamonsil C_（18） 20 D column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm）. The flow phase is methanol-0. 1% acetic acid（48 ∶ 52）,the flow rate is 1. 0 mL·min^（-1）,and the detection wavelength is 288 nm. RESULTS The separation degree of silybin and other ingredients in compound Yi Gan Ling Capsule. Silybin was linear in the range of 0. 0166 to 2. 074 g,and the regression equation was Y = 2371. 4 X ＋ 2. 2802,r 0. 9999. CONCLUSION The sample treatment method for the determination of silybin in compound Yigan ling capsule is effective. The HPLC method is simple,good in separation,fast and accurate. It can provide a basis for revision of quality standard.
