摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织中葡萄糖调节蛋白94(GRP94)的表达及临床意义。方法本研究所用的90对乳腺癌组织标本来源于2013年1月至2015年12月航空总医院收治的乳腺癌患者,每对组织标本包括癌组织以及癌旁正常组织。利用免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌组织和癌旁正常组织中GRP94的表达,分析GRP94的表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 69例患者进行免疫组织化学评分分析发现,乳腺癌组织中GRP94蛋白表达水平高于癌旁正常组织[(5.5±0.6)分比(2.3±0.3)分](P<0.01)。乳腺癌组织中GRP94的表达与病理分级、临床分期和分子分型有关(均P<0.05),而与患者年龄、肿瘤类型和肿瘤直径无关(均P>0.05)。结论 GRP94在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于正常组织,其表达与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关。
Objective To explore expression and clinical significance of glucose regulated protein 94(GRP94) in breast cancer . Methods Samples of breast cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue were separated from 90 patients admitted at Aviation General Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015. Expression of GRP94 was detected by immmunohistochemistry. The relation between GRP94 and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer was analyzed. Results Immunohistochemical score of GRP94 expression in breast cancer tissue (n=69) was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue[(5.5±0.6) vs (2.3±0.3)](P〈0.01). Expression of GRP94 was related to pathological grades, clinical stages and molecular types(P<0.05). Expression of GRP94 showed no relations with age, tumor types and tumor size(P>0.05). Conclusions Expression of GRP94 in breast cancer tissue is higher than that in normal breast tissue. GRP94 is associated with tumorigenesis and development of breast cancer.
