Application of AspenPlus in the Energy Efficiency Improvement of Amine System

摘要 以扩散理论和离子反应为基础,选用ELECNRTL作为热力学模型,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对炼厂胺液系统进行建模和优化分析。在所建立的模型基础上对全厂胺液系统进行影响因素分析,确定了各因素全厂胺液系统能耗的影响规律,掌握了胺液系统能效提升的有效手段,为今后胺液系统节能降耗指明了方向。 Based on the diffusion theory and the ion reaction, ELECTNRTL was used as the thermodynamic model, and Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to simulate the refinery amine system. Models were built to study the influence factors on the amine liquid system, and the influence law of all factors on amine liquid system energy consumption was determined, the effective means to improve the amine liquid system energy efficiency was put forward. At last, the direction of energy saving and consumption reduction was pointed out.
