摘要
以某石化公司加氢裂化尾气脱硫与溶剂再生装置为研究对象,以设计数据为基础,使用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对其进行了流程模拟,建立了流程模型,包括吸收系统和分离系统。将模拟结果与设计数据进行对比,误差在合理范围内,表明所建立的模型可以较好反映装置的实际生产状况,可以用于后续的分析优化工作中。以建立的装置模型为工具,分析了温度、压力、甲基二乙醇胺浓度、蒸汽负荷等因素对装置产品分布、产品质量等的影响,在此基础上对装置进行优化调整,可实现挖潜增效、节能降耗目标,对实际装置的操作具有指导意义。
Taking the hydrocracking tail gas desulfurization and solvent regeneration unit of a petrochemical company as the research object,based on the design data,the process simulation was carried out by using Aspen Plus process simulation software,and the process model was established,including absorption system and separation system.The simulation results are compared with the design data,and the error is within a reasonable range,which shows that the established model can better reflect the actual production situation of the unit and can be used in the subsequent analysis and optimization work.The influence of temperature,pressure,methyldiethanolamine concentration,steam load and other factors on the product distribution and quality of the unit are analyzed by using the established model.On this basis,the parameters were optimized to achieve the objectives of increasing efficiency,saving energy and reducing consumption.It has the guiding significance for the operation of the actual unit.
