摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定瓜子中甜蜜素的方法。采用超声萃取瓜子中的甜蜜素,样品经过衍生化处理,正庚烷萃取,离心,过滤膜,最后采用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果表明,甜蜜素质量浓度在0.004~1.6 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数0.999 2;在0.1、0.5、1.0 g/kg 3个添加水平下,甜蜜素的平均回收率为94.8%~97.9%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~3.2%,方法的检出限为0.003 g/kg。该方法操作简单快速、结果可靠、灵敏度高,精密度好,适用于快速处理瓜子中甜蜜素的检测。
An analytical method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in melon seeds by gas chromatography(GC) was established. Ultrasound was used to extract sodium cyclamete in melon seeds. The sample was derivatized,extracted with n-heptane,centrifuged,filtered and finally detected by flame ionization detector(FID). The results showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.004~1.6 mg/L, the correlation coefficients(r) were all higher than 0.999. When the spiked levels were 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 g/kg, the average recoveries of sodium cyclamate were between 94.8%~97.9%; the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.1%~3.2%,and the detection limit was 0.003 g/kg. The method is simple and fast, and has reliable results, high sensitivity and good precision, so it is suitable for the rapid detection of sodium cyclamate in melon seeds.
