摘要
目的对芦荟多糖增强免疫力功能进行评价。方法芦荟多糖增强免疫力功能实验分别设人体推荐剂量的20倍、15倍、10倍三个剂量组。清洁级KM小鼠经口灌胃给予芦荟多糖30 d后,进行小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验(MTT法)、血清溶血素实验(半数溶血值HC50测定)。结果经口分别给予小鼠260、195、130 mg/kg·BW剂量芦荟多糖30 d后,实验前后体重变化、脾脏/体重、胸腺/体重比值各剂量组与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义。小鼠淋巴细胞转化实验各剂量组与阴性对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义;血清溶血素实验高、中剂量组与阴性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论在本实验条件下,芦荟多糖在细胞免疫、体液免疫两个方面检测结果为阳性,故可判定芦荟多糖具有增强免疫力功能。
Objective To discuss the the effect of Aloes polysaccharides on enhance immunity function.Methods The experiment set up three dose groups,respectively,the human recommended dose of 20 times,15 times,10 times.KM mice were orally administered with Aloe polysaccharide for 30 days.Then,we performed a mouse splenic lymphocyte transformation assay(MTT assay),serum hemolysin assay(half hemolytic value HC50 assay).Results After oral administration of mice 260,195,130 mg/kg BW dose of Aloe polysaccharide for 30 days,the changes of body weight,spleen/body weight,thymus/body weight ratio were no significant differences compared with the negative group.Compared with the negative control group,the difference was statistically significant in the mouse lymphocyte transformation experiment.And the difference was statistically significant in serum hemolysin test high and medium dose group.Conclusion Aloe polysaccharide in the cell immune,humoral immune test results are positive in both..Under the experimental conditions,it can be determined that Aloe polysaccharide has enhanced immune function.
