摘要
目的探讨左旋肉碱复合营养素(希维力)治疗男性不育症中特发性弱精子症的有效性与安全性。方法对84例特发性弱精子症患者单一应用希维力,15g/次,2次/d,治疗周期为3个月。分别于治疗前1周及治疗3个月后,采用计算机辅助的精液分析检测精子活力,观察精液参数变化、服药后的不良反应和女方妊娠情况。结果 84例患者均完成本研究,其中72例患者精液质量明显改善,精子浓度、前向运动精子率和前向运动精子总数均明显提高(P<0.01),有9位女性在男方服用希维力期间获得妊娠。结论希维力治疗特发性弱精子症安全有效,可显著提高精液中前向运动精子的活力和总数,提高女方临床妊娠率。
Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of L-carnitine compound nutrients therapy in infertile males with idiopathic Asthenospermia. Methods Total of 84 patients with idiopathic Asthenospermia were enrolled in this study. All the patients received single application of Xi weili, 15g/times, twice a day, and treatment cycle was three months. Using computer-assisted semen analysis, we detected sperm vitality, and observe the semen parameters change, adverse reactions before and after treatment for one to three months, and recorded woman pregnancies after taking this medicine. Results All 84 patients completed the study, and semen quality of 72 patients was remarkably improved. Their forward movement sperm vitality and total were significantly increased （P 〈 0.01）. There were nine women getting pregnancy after their spouse took Xi weili. Conclusion Xi weili is an effective and safe option for treating Asthenospermia by improving forward motile sperm, total motile sperm.
