摘要
基于知识产权保护的农产品品牌发展,从品牌的内涵入手阐述了品牌的理论基础及农产品品牌化的意义,认为品牌化经营可以节约消费者的成本,增加农业的利益等具有十分重要的意义;同时分析了目前农产品品牌发展模式的法律缺陷。在此基础上,从提升知识产权保护意识,加大对违法行为的处罚力度等方面提出了完善农产品品牌发展的创新模式。
Based on the protection of intellectual property rights of agricultural products brand development,from the connotation of the brand to start with the theoretical basis of brand and the significance of agricultural products brand,brand management can save the cost of consumers,increase the interests of agriculture has very important significance;At the same time,it analyzes the legal defects of the current agricultural product brand development model.On this basis,from the promotion of intellectual property rights protection awareness,increase the punishment of illegal behavior and other aspects of improving the brand development of agricultural products innovation mode.
