台风地区高边坡自动化监测及预警监控综合技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 海南省琼中至乐东高速公路施工中,由于台风频繁,路堑施工及线路运营后长期经常受到台风的影响。为此,结合深路堑边坡的综合防护形式和施工期间的气候变化,根据现场实际情况和结构特点,对该边坡布置地表位移监测、内部位移监测及环境监测,并利用GPRS/3G/4G网络将数据实时上传。当边坡出现异常时,系统能够第一时间将预警信息发送到平台及相关人员的手机上,各级管理部门及相应的技术人员可以随时掌握边坡的监测数据状况,并据此提出应对措施。通过该工程中对台风地区路堑边坡的监控预警系统的开发和应用,为类似工程提供借鉴。 Due to frequent typhoons, the cutting work and line operation are affected by the long-term effects of typhoon in construction of Qiongzhong-Ledong Expressway in Hainan province. Considering the comprehensive protection form of the deep cutting slope and the climate change in the construction as well as the actual situation and structural characteristics of the site, the monitoring for surface displacement, internal displacement and environment are arranged. The monitoring data will be uploaded in real time by using GPRS/3G/4G network. Early warning information will be sent to the platform and the mobile phone of related person in time when the slope is abnormal. Accordingly, the management departments and technicians would master the conditions of slope at any time, and the countermeasures would be put forward correspondingly. Through the development and application of the online monitoring and early warning system for the cutting slope of the typhoon area in this project, it could be used as a reference for similar projects.
