摘要
以新建广州南沙港铁路西江特大桥跨西江主跨600 m斜拉桥主桥为背景,针对大直径旋挖桩基施工展开研究.该钻孔桩基础施工通过护筒控制、钻进过程控制等优化旋挖钻机在复杂地质条件下的施工工艺并统计各钻进参数指标,同时根据实际施工过程的不断统计、优化情况进行判定,得出了评价结果.结果表明:通过钻进过程的分析及参数优化,使钻孔的有效性得到了大幅提高,提高了成桩的质量和工效,为后续进一步节约成本、缩短工期创造了有利的条件,可为同类型工程提供借鉴.
Taking the 600 m—span cable—stayed bridge of Xijiang Extra·bridge in new Guangzhou Nansha Port Railway as an example,the construction of large—diameter bored pile foundation was studied by controlling the tube and the drilling process in complex geological area as well as.by counting the parameters.Meanwhile,according to the statistics,the actual construction process was optimized to determine the evaluation results.The resuhs showed that the parameters were optimized by analyzing the drilling process,the drilling effectiveness was well controlled the pile’S quality and efficiency was improved,which could create favorable conditions for saving the cost,shorting the construction period,and provide reference for similar engineering.
