摘要
学术保护区是为了对冷门学科予以特殊管理,在高校划定的学术研究特区,具有独特的内涵与属性。学术保护区的设立真正体现了学术自由,切实创新了科研体制,充分彰显了学术发展的知识生成逻辑并有益于提升学术研究绩效。为此,高校应具备一定的"风投意识",为学术保护区提供科研支助,从创新管理机制、严格遴选条件、构建社会联动机制以及形成制度保障等方面着眼,多措并举推进学术保护区的构建。
The academic reserve is a special academic research area designated by the colleges and universities with unique connotations and attributes,which is constructed to protect and manage the unfamiliar disciplines. Its construction truly embodies the freedom of academic,innovates the scientific research system,highlights the logic of knowledge development in academic development and enhances the performance of academic research. Thus,universities should have a certain sense of venture investment to support for academic reserve,from the management mechanism,the selection of conditions,the social linkage mechanism,the system guarantee mechanism and other aspects to optimize the construction of academic reserve.
