基于GFE(L)1型雷达测风资料失测的类型及原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过分析2011年至2017年期间广西六个高空气象观测站使用GFE(L)1型高空气象雷达系统获取的高空气象观测记录,对失测的高空风数据进行统计,分析和总结了常规高空气象观测业务工作中高空风失测的主要类型及其原因,包括:雷达故障、气球过顶、丢球或旁瓣抓球、探空仪频率漂移、计算机故障、外信号干扰等,并针对各种失测类型提出了相应的避免高空风资料缺测的一些措施和方法;藉此也可为相关部门开展雷达设备和业务系统软件的升级改进研究提供一些科学依据。最后指出,新设备新技术能否充分发挥出效能,有赖于观测人员在系统设备的维护技术和业务软件的操作技巧等方面的能力素质;状态良好的软硬件探测系统设备和观测员熟练的技术操作及较强的业务应变能力,是获取高质量气象观测数据的两个不可或缺的重要条件。 Through analyzing the Upper-air meteorological records which observed by GFE(L)-1 L-Band Upper-Air meteorological sounding system at six upper-air observation stations in Guangxi,during the period in 2011-2017,the statistical results show that type and the causes of missing upper-air wind data due to the following aspects: radar fault,balloon floating overhead,losing balloon target or holding target by radar sidelobe,radiosonde frequency drifting,computer system failure,external frequency interference,etc. In view of these problems we puts forward some corresponding measures,and it also can provide some scientific basis for the relevant departments to carry out research on the improvement of radar equipment and service system software upgrade. Finally point out that it depends on the observer 's skills quality in system equipment maintenance technology and business software operation to give new technology and new equipment full play to efficiency,and keeping the equipment software and hardware in good condition,with the observers having technology skills and strong business ability,is the two indispensable conditions for obtaining high quality meteorological observation data.
