摘要
近年来高速公路危险货物运输安全问题已经广泛被重视,如何安全的运输危险货物,如何对危险货物运输安全预警,如何针对危险货物运输车辆遇到突发状况时进行应急联控。本文介绍了具有动态监测、预警管理、应急处置、安全监管等一系列功能的,基础网络架构基于国家交通运输物流公共信息平台下的高速公路危货运输安全预警与应急联控系统,通过该系统满足相关行业管理部门、危险货物道路运输企业、高速公路公司对危险货物运输的安全需求。
in recent years,the safety problem of highway dangerous goods transportation has been attached importance to,how to carry out the dangerous goods transportation safety,how to carry out the dangerous goods transportation safety warning,how to carry out the e-mergency response to the dangerous goods transportation vehicle.This paper introduces a series of functions,such as dynamic monitoring, early warning management,emergency management,safety supervision,and basic network architecture based on national transportation logistics public information platform of highway dangerous goods transportation safety warning and emergency control system,through the system to meet the relevant industry management departments,dangerous goods road transport enterprises,highway company for dangerous goods transportation safety demand.
