手功能评估用针织衬纬组织传感器的传感性能探讨 被引量:2

摘要 为开发一种用于评估脑卒中患者手部功能状况的手套,以涤纶高弹丝编织纬平针地组织,并以镀银锦纶丝作为衬纬纱线,制备针织衬纬组织传感器试样。采用YG026MB多功能电子织物强力机定伸长拉伸试样,同时使用DM3068数字万用表同步记录试样的电阻变化,研究针织衬纬组织传感器的线性度、灵敏度、重复性。试验结果表明,选择合适线密度的镀银锦纶丝、衬纬区域长度、衬纬纱线行数,可使针织衬纬组织传感器具有良好的线性度和灵敏系数,但这种传感器的重复性尚有欠缺,有待在后续的设计中加以改善。 To develop a kind of gloves which were used to evaluate hand functions of stroke patients,the samples of the sensor with weft insertion stitch were prepared,which were made of the high elastic polyester thread to knit the plain knit ground stitch with the sliver-plated nylon filament as the inner weft yarn. To study on the sensor's linearity,sensitivity and repeatability,the samples were drawn at certain elongation by the YG026 MB multi-functional electronic fabric strength machine, and the samples ' resistance variation was recorded synchronously by the DM3068 digital multimeter. The results showed that,the sensor could have good linearity and sensitivity when the suitable linear density of the sliver-plated nylon filament,the length of the lining and the line number of the inner weft yarn were chosen,but the sensors had the shortcoming of repeatability which needed to be improved in further research.
