摘要
对测量结果进行不确定度评估,是一种评价测量结果可信性、有效性的重要方法。根据中国合格评定国家认可委员会和中国国家计量技术规范对不确定度的定义、评定与表示,按照来源分别对排放Ⅰ型试验影响因素进行A类、B类评定,提出了一种计算排放Ⅰ型试验结果测量值扩展不确定度的方法,合成后得到其扩展不确定度和置信范围。在此基础上,采用实例验证其可行性,并对颗粒物质量及粒子数量测量结果进行不确定度分析评估。
The uncertainty evaluation of measurement results is an important method to evaluate the credibility and validity of measurement results.According to the Chinese national accreditation and Chinese National Metrology Technical specifications on the definition,evaluation and representation,according to sources are class A,the influence factors of discharge type test type B evaluation,a method is proposed for calculating the discharge type test results of measurement uncertainty is obtained after the synthesis method the expanded uncertainty and confidence range.On this basis,the feasibility is verified by an example,and the uncertainty of the particle mass and particle size measurement is analyzed and evaluated.
