摘要
利用2016年珠三角760家制造业跨境电商企业的调查数据,运用因子分析法,构建制造业跨境电商企业竞争力指标体系,对制造业跨境电商企业竞争力进行评价分析。研究发现,跨境营销能力和技术采纳能力是制造业跨境电商企业竞争力的重要影响因素;不同行业类别的制造业跨境电商企业竞争力存在较大差异,同一因子要素比较下不同类别制造业跨境电商企业竞争力存在较大差异。制造业跨境电商企业应提高技术采纳强度,注重提升市场资源能力、品牌建设能力和物流服务能力。
Using the survey data of 760 Manufacturing Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises in the Pearl River Delta in 2016, this paper uses factor analysis to construct a index system of Manufacturing Cross-border E-commerce Enterprise competitiveness, and to evaluate the competitiveness of Manufacturing Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises. The study found that two indexes of cross-border marketing ability and technology adoption ability are the important factors that constitute and influence the competitiveness of Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises in Manufacturing industry. There are great differences in the competitiveness of Manufacturing Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises in different industries. Compared with the same factor, the competitiveness of different types of Manufacturing Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises is also quite different.Based on the discoveries, the Manufacturing Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises should improve the adoption of technology, should improve the ability of market resources, brand building and logistics services.
