高师生实践能力培养途径分析

摘要 高等师范院校是我国培养教师的摇篮,对教育事业发展功不可没。为了提高我国整体教育水平,加强对高师生实践能力的培养,至关重要。实践能力的培养,是高师生职前教育的重要内容,直接关系到他们就职后的教学水平。现阶段,我国的高师生由于各种原因,实践能力水平不佳,在实际岗位教学中遇到各种困难。为了提升高师生入职后的教学水平,应加强对高师生实践能力的培养,从而为推动我国教育事业发展奠定良好的基础。 Higher normal colleges and universities are the cradle of training teachers in our country and their contribution to the development of education. In order to improve the overall education level in our country,it is very important to strengthen the cultivation of practical ability of Higher Normal students. Practical ability is an important part of pre-service education for higher normal students,which is directly related to the teaching level after taking office.At this stage,the higher normal students in our country,due to various reasons,have poor practical abilities and do not lay the foundation for the change of roles. Therefore,they encounter various difficulties in the teaching of practical positions.In order to improve the teaching level of postgraduates,it is necessary to strengthen the training of practical ability of higher normal students in order to lay a good foundation for the development of our country's education.
