汽车齿轮轴磨削的工艺流程和自动化系统设计

摘要 现代工业中齿轮轴磨削自动化生产程度比较低,为了能够实现汽车齿轮轴磨削自动化生产程度的进一步提高,有效改进汽车齿轮轴磨削工艺的自动化程度,设计了汽车齿轮轴磨削自动化系统。对汽车齿轮轴磨削工艺的流程进行了全面的分析,运用一台机器人实现两台数据磨床实施上料和下料的服务自动系统,对齿轮轴磨削的自动化流程进行了全面的设计。系统运用可编程控制器、工业机器人等设计,将PLC作为主控制器,实现了数控磨床、工业机器人及送料机相互之间协调工作。将汽车齿轮轴磨削自动化系统设计广泛应用与企业中,通过使用效果分析,能够有效的降低企业用工的成本,提高企业自动化程度及生产效率。 Because the degree of automation of gear shaft grinding in modern industry is relatively low,a to further improve the automation of gear shaft grinding,further the automation system of the gear shaft grinding is designed to improve the automatization of the grinding process of the gear shaft.First,the process of automobile gear shaft grinding process are analyzed,then based on industrial robot is put forward using a robot to achieve the implementation of loading and unloading service system two sets of data automatic grinder,and also on the gear shaft grinding power automation process to conduct a comprehensive design.The system is designed by using programmable logic controller,industrial robot and industrial configuration software.PLC is used as the main controller to realize the movement between CNC grinder,industrial robot and feeder.After realizing the design of automatic grinding system for automotive gear shaft grinding,it is widely applied in enterprises,and it can effectively reduce the cost of enterprise employment,and also can effectively improve the level of automation and production efficiency of enterprises.
