摘要
名校集团化办学是名校联合普通校组成学校发展共同体,重新调整组合学校组织间关系的一种制度创新方式。名校集团中,学校组织间关系形态呈现出对偶关系、星系关系、种群生态网络关系三种类型。学校改进的实践逻辑、集团规模经济的理性逻辑、学校协同发展的共生逻辑促使名校集团学校组织间关系的生成。名校集团治理的实质是对学校组织间关系的维护与协调。随着内部学校间的关系性、知识性等资本要素的相互嵌入与流通,并通过"点点对偶"的合作机制、"点线成链"的联动机制、"点链成网"的创生机制,名校集团逐步成为合作互助、联动协同、创生共进的学校发展共同体。
As a way of institutional innovation to readjust the inter-organizational relationships, the elite school group is a development community composed of elite schools and ordinary schools. There are three types of inter-organizational relationships： ＇the dual relationship, the galaxy relationship and the ecological network relationship. The relationships among schools in the elite school group are generated by the practical logic of school improvement,the rational logic of reducing the communication costs among schools and the symbiosis logic of collaborative development among schools. The essence of managing the elite school group is to maintain and coordinate the inter-organizational relationshipsi With the embedding and circulating of capital ingredients such as relationship capitals and knowledge capitals among schools, the elite school group is gradually becoming a development community through the mechanism of cooperation, linkage and Creation.
