摘要
创新是引领发展的第一动力,是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。孵化器等区域创新网络是将创新付诸实践的重要载体,其内部企业结构的多样性和创新绩效的关系也一直备受关注。基于2016年中国3255家孵化器的横截面数据,通过负二项回归、断尾回归等方法进行实证分析和检验。研究结果:区域创新网络内的企业多样性对创新绩效有显著的正向影响,且文化多样性最有利于提升专利产出水平,产业多样性最有利于提升企业收入水平。最后,根据研究结论提出促进企业创新绩效提高的建议。
Innovation is the primary driving force for development, and it is a strategic support for the construction of a modern economic system. Regional innovation networks such as incubators are an important vehicle for putting innovation into practice. The relationship between the diversity of internal corporate structures and innovation performance has also attracted much attention. Based on the cross-sectional data from China＇s 3255 incubators in2016, and through empirical analysis and test using negative binomial regression and tail-climbing regression methods, we found that the diversity of firms in the regional innovation networks has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, and the culture diversity is the most conducive factor to improve the output level of patent. Also, industrial diversity contributes the most in improving corporate income. Finally, based on the research conclusions, we proposed to promote the improvement of corporate innovation performance.
