摘要
企业国际化战略选择一直是国际商务领域的研究重点,受到了学者们的广泛关注,主要包含新兴市场情境的国际化研究以及国际化战略调整研究。企业进行跨国经营,最终目的还是为了取得经营绩效,但是跨国经营面临外部环境的复杂性、不确定性、模糊性,如果企业的战略调整不够灵活,很容易陷入经营困境。基于此,本文从国内、国外两个层面梳理企业国际化程度与绩效之间的关系。此外,企业的国际化进程如果被某些因素打断,此时应如何进行战略调整。最后,总结了企业国际化战略选择研究的成果及未来可以研究的问题。
The choice of corporate internationalization strategy has always been the focus of research in the field of international business and has received extensive attention from scholars.It mainly includes internationalization research in emerging market contexts and international strategic adjustment research.The ultimate goal of a company's transnational operation is to achieve business performance.However,transnational operations are faced with the complexity,uncertainty,and ambiguity of the external environment.If the company's strategic adjustments are not flexible enough,it is easy to fall into operating difficulties.Based on this,this article sorts out the relationship between the degree of internationalization and performance of a company from both domestic and foreign levels.In addition,if the internationalization process of a company is interrupted by some factors,how should it make strategic adjustments at this time?Finally,it summarizes the results of the research on corporate internationalization strategy selection and the issues that can be studied in the future.
